For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to 2LIV4 include 2liv4.org. The 2LIV4 website is a nonprofit site. By using the 2LIV4 website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

  

Collection of your Personal Information 

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, 2LIV4 may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Right to Deletion

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE

a. Notice at Collection. If an Entrant is a California resident, 2LIV4 may collect personal information in connection with the Contest, including identifiers and contact information; educational or application information; information contained in an Entry; internet or electronic activity associated with use of the entry website; and, where provided in connection with eligibility or an Entry, information that may constitute sensitive personal information under California law, including information concerning a disability or health-related condition.

Purposes of Collection and Use. 2LIV4 collects and uses personal information as reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, receive and evaluate Entries, determine eligibility, communicate with Entrants, select and verify Winners, administer and provide the Prize, maintain Contest records, prevent fraud or misuse, protect the security and integrity of the Contest and 2LIV4 systems, comply with applicable law, and carry out the publicity and Content uses described in these Official Rules.

Disclosure. 2LIV4 may disclose personal information to service providers, contractors, judges, Contest administrators, event or lodging providers, and other parties as reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, provide the Prize, carry out the uses described in these Official Rules, or comply with applicable law. 2LIV4 does not sell Entrants' personal information or share Entrants' personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), unless 2LIV4 provides any notice and choice required by applicable law.

Retention. 2LIV4 will retain personal information for no longer than is reasonably necessary and proportionate for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, including Contest administration, recordkeeping, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and the Content and publicity rights described in these Official Rules, subject to applicable law.

To the extent the CCPA applies to 2LIV4 and the personal information at issue, California residents may have rights to know/access personal information, request deletion, request correction of inaccurate personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. 2LIV4 will not unlawfully discriminate against an Entrant for exercising rights provided by the CCPA.

If an Entrant provides personal information about a minor, adult child, family member, or other individual in an Entry, the Entrant represents that the Entrant is authorized to provide that information as required by applicable law. Entrants should provide only information reasonably necessary for the Contest and should avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in an Entry.
